Nicolle oversees all facets of client advertising programs, website projects, integrated marketing communications initiatives and PR-heavy accounts – and keeps clients and internal teams in lock step.

Examples of her work includes shepherding a multi-channel advertising program to grow Medical Mutual of Ohio’s brand statewide; helping survivors of rape and sexual abuse access Cleveland Rape Crisis Center’s services through an integrated advertising and PR program, including campaigns to open several new offices throughout Northeast Ohio to help survivors access services closer to home; leading a team to rebrand TimkenSteel to Metallus, covering all facets of internal and external communications, including a website redesign; and leveraging earned and paid media to increase brand awareness for PCF Insurance Services.

Nicolle joined D&E from PPG Industries, where she managed various internal communication initiatives. She also helped develop PPG’s community affairs strategy, managed the foundation budget and served as a point of contact for external partners. When AkzoNobel was acquired by PPG Industries, she was an integral part of the integration team and managed the rebranding activities of all AkzoNobel facilities in North America. She graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations and minors in Spanish and entrepreneurship.
